Functional Lab Review*
This appointment is designed for clients who have completed Foundations and are ready for deeper insight into how their body is functioning.
We build on the stability you’ve already established and look beyond basic lab ranges to identify meaningful patterns that guide personalized recommendations.
Follow-up visits are available for continued support, and supplementation may be suggested when appropriate.

Drop-In Appointment for Established Clients*
For clients who have completed Foundations, drop-in appointments provide flexible, as-needed support whenever you need it, on your schedule.
These 45-minute sessions offer a calm, focused space to address whatever is emerging, get thoughtful guidance, and receive reassurance as you navigate your health.
It’s a simple, convenient way to stay supported and maintain momentum as your wellness evolves.
